Our student verification tool is called Connect. There are 3 types of Connect integrations, depending how your brand is set-up and where you want to offer your student discount.
You can choose from:
1) Website
2) App
3) In-store

Connect can integrate seamlessly with your website, app or store. Once integrated, when a student wants to redeems your offer, Connect will securely verify their student status in real-time then they’ll be able to proceed with their purchase using a discount code / verified status.

Our pricing model is simple: one licence fee to use our verification tool, Connect plus 8% commission on all verified transactions (except for brands that want to offer a discount in-store only). You can choose to pay the licence fee monthly or as on an annual payment plan. Commissions are tracked via the affiliate network. You will need to pay one licence fee per Connect integration if you would like to integrate with more than one type e.g. website and app.

After completing the sign-up form, you will automatically click through to a payment page. You will need to choose to either pay monthly or annually and select your payment currency. Once selected, you will automatically click through to set up a direct debit with Student Beans via GoCardless.

3) Our support team will automatically start your onboarding

During onboarding, our support team will send you detailed integration instructions – there are only 3 or 4 steps you need to follow depending on the type of Connect integration you choose. Onboarding should take no more than one hour.

At Student Beans, we work with over 120+ affiliate networks to ensure tracking is easy to set-up and transparent for both parties. Unfortunately, we cannot work with any brands that are not part of an affiliate network or set-up on Shopify (except for brands that want to offer a discount in-store only).

For brands that only have stores or want to offer student discount in-store only, you would need to integrate with our in-store Connect. Our pricing model for in-store Connect is one licence fee to use our verification technology plus commission tracked via CPC (cost-per-click).

A ‘click’ = each time a customer generates a discount code on the client’s listing on our Marketplace or on the client platforms
