About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us and develop our sales across Europe.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a crucial role by growing and managing affiliate partnerships with some of the biggest, most successful and high profile brands. The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, manage the full sales cycle, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research and identify new accounts across Europe and establish contact via cold calling, email outreach, and other means, as necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external leads to build pipelines and client relationships
  • Partnering with our B2B Marketing teams to develop pitch decks that clearly align the brand value proposition with the prospect’s interests and capabilities
  • Lead and manage negotiations of deal terms, taking full ownership of the full sales process
  • Developing new business and generating sales as an individual contributor with some of the world’s most prominent and recognised brands

About You

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

  • Experience as a Business Development Management role or similar working across Europe
  • Intermediate verbal and written French and / or German language skills
  • Experience in the entire sales life-cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposals, negotiation and closing
  • Experience creating sales leads and finding innovative ways of reaching new brands/partners
  • Background within growth marketing and/or affiliate marketing
  • Communication skills including presentation, verbal and written
  • Relationship building skills and the ability to maintain these
  • Exposure to a target focused environment

About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a CRM Manager to join us. You will be joining our dynamic CRM team which is part of the wider Brand and Communications department whilst reporting into our Head of Growth Marketing alongside two more CRM Managers. 

You will be responsible for setting up, managing and optimizing end to end customer journeys such as activation and winback across email, push and in-app messages.

Requirements

  • Being a subject matter expert on the ideal user journey, putting the customer first and leveraging data to inform decisions and drive engagement.
  • Applying personalized lifecycle strategies to develop and execute impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Managing campaigns and communication programs end to end from planning, design briefing, implementation and reporting whilst working closely with other teams in the business (product, content, medical, analytics) where needed.
  • Partnering with our content team to understand upcoming plans and supporting communication tactics.
  • Ensuring constant test and learn approach to maximize impact.

About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Junior Designer to join us, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the visual direction and execution of the Student Beans brands across all B2B and B2C channels. Responsibilities

Student Beans is currently seeking a motivated and experienced PR Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract for 12 months.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with press, stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring coverage across digital media, and driving brand awareness.

About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us. This role will own the early stages of our sales funnel, proactively qualifying leads at the highest levels of service. You’ll work closely with mentors to build your skill sets and learn about our business from the ground up.

This role will be responsible for creating induction plans, training materials and ongoing development support for SDRs, Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Customer Success Managers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining sales induction modules, training materials and team wikis for the Sales teams for each part of the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders and wider teams to conduct skills gap analysis.

About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join us. Your goal will be to position Student Beans as the best product to help students save, thrive and strive. You will become the go-to expert on our users and will leverage user insights to help inform how we communicate with them. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop positioning for our retention features and craft value propositioning messaging for key features and for the Student Beans App
  • Influence Product teams to ensure delivery of minimum marketable features
  • Build and deliver go to market plans to increase product adoption
  • Understand and map the user journey to identify areas of opportunity to better communicate with our users
  • Work with our analytics team to measure each experiment, document and socialise learnings, and develop next steps toward bigger wins 
  • Manage ASO agency
  • Mentor and coach the wider team on Product Marketing challenges

Requirements

A little bit about you…
We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

  • 6+ years experience in growth marketing with a focus on managing product marketing projects
  • Storyteller – you have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage different audiences. You can bridge quantitative and qualitative insights and build an effective message. 
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
  • Experience in implementing customer segmentation strategies to maximise impact on business metrics
  • You have experience in promoting app via ASO and CRM programs 
  • Good command over CRM tools like Braze, Mapp, Iterable etc. is a bonus as well – understand what sort of targeting can do with these tools
  • You have experience with marketing data visualisation tools like Looker
