About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us and develop our sales across the United States.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a crucial role by growing and managing affiliate partnerships with some of the biggest, most successful and high profile brands. The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, manage the full sales cycle, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and identify new accounts across the US and establish contact via cold calling, email outreach, and other means, as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external leads to build pipelines and client relationships
- Partnering with our B2B Marketing teams to develop pitch decks that clearly align the brand value proposition with the prospect’s interests and capabilities
- Lead and manage negotiations of deal terms, taking full ownership of the full sales process
- Developing new business and generating sales as an individual contributor with some of the world’s most prominent and recognised brands
- Learn and understand Student Beans offerings, to become a subject matter expert

About the role

Responsibilities include:
- Focusing on cash collection, contacting our customers/payment partners to ensure they have received invoices and are scheduled for payments.
- Problem solving where barriers exist: re-issuing invoices, requesting PO’s etc.
- Ensuring the maintenance of records and tracking process to enable forecasting for the future.

About the Role
As a result of incredible success and the return of live events the YMS event is back and we are looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to join Student Beans and help conquer the rest of the world and build an audience of senior brand marketers.
You will be far more than a Delegate Sales Executive – you will become an ambassador of our brand and expert in the industry, understanding the forces that are shaping the youth marketing landscape. You will also be responsible for connecting our sponsors with the brands you bring on board – acting as an extension of their team to help them win new accounts.
You will be driven and tenacious, actively networking over the phone and face-to-face, in order to cultivate relationships and win new business with the world’s most famous brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the acquisition of new and repeat attendees across all territories, bringing on board leading agencies and brands with the opportunity to also upsell our premium content subscription Voxburner+
- Pro-actively generate leads through a variety of sources, including internet research, social media and attending events.
- Tenaciously open new business opportunities with brands and agencies through cold calling, working as an industry expert to sell YMS Festival.

Responsibilities
Student Beans is currently seeking a motivated and experienced PR Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract for 12 months.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with press, stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring coverage across digital media, and driving brand awareness.
- Creating media lists and pitching content to journalists.
- Identifying key opportunities for Student Beans to share its message and insights with a wider audience.
- Formulating engaging press releases, which will drive brand awareness, engagement and meet SEO requirements.
- Tracking and analysing media coverage and industry trends to provide insights to relevant teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message is maintained.
- Developing compelling, keyword-rich content for press releases, blog posts, articles and other relevant platforms, adhering to SEO best practices.
- Building and nurturing relationships with relevant industry journalists, and media outlets to secure high-quality media coverage.
- Tracking and reporting on the success of PR campaigns, presenting key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Staying informed about competitors’ PR and SEO strategies and adapt our approach to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PR Manager, with a track record of successfully driving SEO initiatives and improving online visibility.
- The ability to understand digital story-telling.
- You have previously worked in an agency, and understand Gen Z and youth insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, and be agile with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Innate understanding of what makes a good story for media and how to secure quality media coverage.
- Familiarity with the UK media landscape, the US would be advantageous.
- Potential experience in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities include:
- Brief and train the Commercial teams to ensure we hit campaign goals.

About the role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us for a 9 month maternity cover. You will have full ownership of the marketing of our Verification business unit, working across multiple products at one time.
Responsibilities include:
- Brief and train the Commercial teams to ensure we hit campaign goals.
- Go to market planning with alignment on commercial campaigns and product launches.

About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join us. This role will be looking after our key accounts, nurturing and expanding accounts with some of the world’s biggest brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieve revenue targets and deliver against all KPI’s on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts and be the main point of contact and the face of Student Beans for your clients.
- Promote our company’s solutions and drive sustainable growth for both parties e.g. account expansion, renewals or strategic media campaign initiatives.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your clients’ business and adopt a consultative sales approach.
- Analyse and report on performance data to make recommendations
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective assigned portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal product, design, media and operations teams.
Requirements
About you:
- Srong track record of success within B2B Key or Strategic account management, ideally within the E-Commerce, SaaS, digital marketing or software.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
- Strategic mindset with proven experience driving long-term business plans, growth & strong service levels.
- Excellent commercial awareness with strong analytical skills.
- First class communicator and strong collaborator.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities.
- Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organisation, particularly at the executive level.
- European language skills is a plus but not required.

About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Sales Excellence and Enablement Manager to join us. This role will be responsible for creating induction plans, training materials and ongoing development support for SDRs, Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Customer Success Managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining sales induction modules, training materials and team wikis for the Sales teams for each part of the sales funnel.

You will be responsible for creating the Mission and Vision for a brand new squad within the Tribe, and will use your wealth of skills and experience to help identify the key, high value business opportunities that form the basis of your squad’s strategy. Responsibilities include:
- Deliver outstanding and impactful product experiences for users that drive value for students and growth for the business
- Manage the full product life-cycle from initial strategy and conception to delivery.
- Work with the Head of Product to help shape and drive the product vision and strategy
- Produce product specifications, user stories and all relevant documentation to enable the development of both web and mobile solutions.
- Liaise with commercial teams to define requirements and then collaborate with Development and Design to kickstart projects.
- Create, manage and oversee project squads to ensure smooth delivery.
- Continually monitor, analyse and test the performance of products, and transform that data into actionable insight when driving change.
- Be the Product Evangelist – support the wider business and share insights on product features and future roadmap.
About You

- Proven success within a similar Senior Product Manager role in a high growth environment
- Experience working in App or Web focussed squads is desirable
