About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an Account Management Team Lead to join us. Enter details about the role and/or team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Key Account Management Team to significantly drive growth with both new brands and an existing BoB.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds revenue targets through effective account management and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular reporting on key performance metrics and utilise data and analytics to assess the performance of account management strategies.

About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us and develop our sales across the United States.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a crucial role by growing and managing affiliate partnerships with some of the biggest, most successful and high profile brands. The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, manage the full sales cycle, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and identify new accounts across the US and establish contact via cold calling, email outreach, and other means, as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external leads to build pipelines and client relationships
- Partnering with our B2B Marketing teams to develop pitch decks that clearly align the brand value proposition with the prospect’s interests and capabilities
- Lead and manage negotiations of deal terms, taking full ownership of the full sales process
- Developing new business and generating sales as an individual contributor with some of the world’s most prominent and recognised brands
- Learn and understand Student Beans offerings, to become a subject matter expert
- Working closely with our Sales Development Representatives and B2B Marketing Team to prospect potential clients

About You

- Experience within a Business Development Management role or similar in the MarTech industry

Requirements
As a result of our steady growth plans, we are looking for a brand new Lead Product Designer to join our Product Design function! You will play a key role not just within your own team in driving and creating Product Design strategy and thinking, but will also be supporting and working with a fully cross-functional squad focused on customer retention, as well as taking on line management responsibility. You’ll be part of a business which works with some of the world’s biggest brands, including TopShop, Lego, Asos, GymShark and Google … to name a few!
Key Responsibilities
On a day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Owning design thinking and execution for our retention strategy, alongside your Lead Product Manager and whilst working within a cross functional squad that includes engineers, data analysts, QA and Product and Marketing Analysts.
- Manage and grow relationships across the business, especially those within your squad.
- Make design and research decisions based on speed and value for the user-first, keeping the business need and tech limitations in mind always
- Mentor other designers in best practice whilst maintaining full line management responsibility of two individuals within the Product Design team
- Collaborate with researched and data to find top class solutions to complex problems for native App (iOS and Android), and be proficient in the differences between the two
- Be a part of the Guild Leadership Group, who’s responsibilities include reporting to the Head of Product Design
- Identify areas for improvement in our principles, values, tooling and processes
- Roll your sleeves up and help other designers think outside the box if they’re struggling – we’re not precious, we just want to create solutions that empower our students to thrive!
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Proficient in Figma prototyping; you just love making stuff work before the engineers build!
- Be able to demonstrate top class design thinking
- Experience with Looker/Tableau, ContentSquare, HotJar and/or Count.co.
- Have shipped real products people use, with experience in designing specifically for platforms
- Believe in building foundations in design before launching in to UI: ie. Information architecture
- Love speaking to our students and brands and analysing the research, in order to help us solve their biggest problems
- Have management experience, mentoring and developing a designer who has reported directly into you
- A passion for Product Design, with a growth mindset and exceptional ability to communicate this passion!

Requirements

- Pipeline building and proposals – Build out a book of business to realise significant revenue potential across full product suite
- Relationship Management – leveraging existing contacts to open up wider, more senior decision makers, networking, attending events, client meetings
- Cross-departmental collaboration – to build out proposals across research, brand partnerships and verification to drive significant incremental revenue
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Experience with best in class sales tool stacks – Preferably with Salesforce, Linkedin and Gong
- Experience in selling full funnel partnerships to enterprise level brands
- An understanding of digital marketing environment
- Solid understanding of a full Sales process
- Closing significant 6 figure+ deals with extensive and complex procurement processes which include dealing with buying committees and/or senior stakeholders in Legal and Procurement functions.

About the role
