Florence Welke – UK&I PR Lead at LUSH

Flo has over a decade of experience across the areas of retail, beauty, manufacturing, business and environmental PR. She has worked with global brands including Universal Music and LUSH, including their recent Black Friday initiative supporting People vs Big Tech, as well as continuously hosting workshops at universities and mentoring students.

Keira Penney – Social Media Manager at Girls in Marketing

With nearly 3 years of Social Media experience (and a whole lot of screen time!) under her belt, Keira is an expert in all things social media. Using her excellent knowledge of trends and algorithm changes, Keira has successfully taken Girls in Marketing from 90k to 200k LinkedIn followers in just under a year. She has also been nominated Young Apprentice of the Year 2023 by Insider NW Young Professionals Awards.
