About the role

Responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Key Account Management Team to significantly drive growth with both new brands and an existing BoB.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds revenue targets through effective account management and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular reporting on key performance metrics and utilise data and analytics to assess the performance of account management strategies.

About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us and develop our sales across the United States.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a crucial role by growing and managing affiliate partnerships with some of the biggest, most successful and high profile brands. The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, manage the full sales cycle, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and identify new accounts across the US and establish contact via cold calling, email outreach, and other means, as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external leads to build pipelines and client relationships
- Partnering with our B2B Marketing teams to develop pitch decks that clearly align the brand value proposition with the prospect’s interests and capabilities
- Lead and manage negotiations of deal terms, taking full ownership of the full sales process
- Developing new business and generating sales as an individual contributor with some of the world’s most prominent and recognised brands
- Learn and understand Student Beans offerings, to become a subject matter expert
- Working closely with our Sales Development Representatives and B2B Marketing Team to prospect potential clients
Requirements
About You
We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…
- Experience within a Business Development Management role or similar in the MarTech industry
- Experience in the entire sales life-cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposals, negotiation and closing
- Experience creating sales leads and finding innovative ways of reaching new brands/partners

About the role
As a result of our steady growth plan within the Engineering function of our business, we are looking for a brand new Junior QA Automation Engineer to join the team! You will be joining an innovative and collaborative QA Engineering team here at Pion, who work in an almost completely automated QA environment, and are key to the success of our app and website functionality. You’ll be part of a business which works with some of the world’s biggest brands, including TopShop, Lego, Asos, GymShark and Google … to name a few!
Responsibilities include:
- Working with cross-functional squad leads and QA mentor to estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate quality testing activities based on business requirements and criticality, as well as working collaboratively within the QA team.
- Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality, using open source tools.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Developers and Product Managers to identify functional requirements.
- Attend squad ceremonies, squad stand ups, and refinement meetings, as well as getting involved in pair programming.
- Engaging with squads in creating acceptance criteria and aid in reviewing designs.
- Developing a deeper understanding of test plans and test cases.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.

- Proven work experience within software development and software quality assurance, ideally within an Agile environment.
- 1+ years experience of software QA methodologies, tools and practices.
- Javascript coding experience.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing and tools such as: Webdriver IO, Cucumber , BDD, Saucelabs, Git.
- An understanding of test plans and test cases.
- Automation and test knowledge is extremely important.

Requirements
As a result of our steady growth plans, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team! You will play a key role within the wider Sales function, whilst also supporting and working with brand new, high-value enterprise partnerships. You’ll be part of a business which works with some of the world’s biggest brands, including TopShop, Lego, Asos, GymShark and Google … to name a few!
Key Responsibilities
On a day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Sales cycle management – working with clients through the sales cycle, multi-threading both internally and externally to land significant deals.
- Using data and insights to drive deal optimisation and overcome objection is a critical part of this role
- Pipeline Management – maintain an up-to-date pipeline with weekly forecasting
- Pipeline building and proposals – Build out a book of business to realise significant revenue potential across full product suite
- Relationship Management – leveraging existing contacts to open up wider, more senior decision makers, networking, attending events, client meetings
- Cross-departmental collaboration – to build out proposals across research, brand partnerships and verification to drive significant incremental revenue
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Experience with best in class sales tool stacks – Preferably with Salesforce, Linkedin and Gong
- Experience in selling full funnel partnerships to enterprise level brands
- An understanding of digital marketing environment
- Solid understanding of a full Sales process
- Closing significant 6 figure+ deals with extensive and complex procurement processes which include dealing with buying committees and/or senior stakeholders in Legal and Procurement functions.
- Strong deck and presentation preparation
- Data competency to drive deal optimisation
